Every nail is individually painted and decorated with gel polish, cured, and sealed to ensure durability. Perfect for repeat use with proper care, recommended use is with adhesive tabs to keep your nails looking fresh and undamaged. 

‼️Please Note
All sets are hand painted and designs may vary slightly from original and may not completely match picture. Rest assured, quality control is used and will look similar as possible.

♻️ Reusable & Durable:
This strong gel overlay ensures the nails can be reused multiple times with care. Recommended is adhesive tabs instead of nail glue for long lasting wear. Custom sizes are available upon request.

🎁 This set includes:

- 10 press-on nails in a full set (custom sizing kit available separately)
- OPTIONAL application kit (adhesive tabs, mini nail file, cuticle pusher, buffer, instructions)
Please specify in personalization if you'd like an application kit.

Because of Canada's hazardous materials regulations within postage, I am not able to offer glue or alcohol prep pads without customs flagging the package as hazardous. Alternatively, I have included adhesive tabs within the nail kit, which make them easier to reuse and clean.

‼️Returns / non-returnable items
Press ons cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

‼️Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

‼️Refunds
Refunds are only accepted in a case by case basis, if an item is is defective, damaged, or something is wrong with your order. Please provide an image of the products condition, your receipt and contact us for assistance.

📦Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship sets: Ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom/made-to-order sets: Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. Each custom set is hand-crafted with care, so this extra time ensures quality.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Canadian statutory holidays. Please factor this into your expected delivery time.

Tracking is available on most shipments. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

📦Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs, or import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delivery delays due to customs.

📦U.S. Shipping Info (Please Read!)
If you're ordering from the United States:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import rules (August 2025), all international orders from Canada, even small ones, now require customs duties to be prepaid.

Don’t worry, I’ve already taken care of this for you. Your press-ons will ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which means:
- No surprise customs charges
- No delays or pickup fees
- All duties + paperwork are handled before your order even leaves my studio

📦Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, I cannot control delivery speed. If your order seems delayed, please reach out so I can assist where possible, but I cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages without carrier confirmation.
