Returns / non-returnable items

Press ons cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

You can always contact us for any return question at nailandnymphstudio@gmail.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted in a case by case basis, if an item is is defective, damaged, or something is wrong with your order. Please provide an image of the products condition, your receipt and email nailandnymphstudio@gmail.com for assistance.
