Thank you for shopping with Nail & Nymph Studio. Each set is handcrafted with care, and we aim to make your shipping experience as smooth as possible.
Processing Time
Most press-on nails are made to order, meaning production time is required before your order is shipped or ready for pickup.
Current turnaround times will be listed on product pages when applicable.
Orders will only begin production once full payment has been received.
Shipping Locations
Nail & Nymph Studio currently ships to:
• Canada
• United States
We may expand shipping locations in the future.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
All orders are shipped with tracking whenever available so you can monitor your delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Customs & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Nail & Nymph Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Nail & Nymph Studio is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Nail & Nymph Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Local Pickup
Nail & Nymph Studio offers local pickup in the Westshore / Sooke area of British Columbia.
If local pickup is selected at checkout:
• You will receive pickup instructions once your order is ready
• Pickup is arranged within a designated time window
Please note that production time still applies to pickup orders.
