💅 Press Sizing Kit:
Ensure your press-on nails fit perfectly with our easy-to-use sizing kit! This kit includes a full set of nail sizing samples, allowing you to find your exact nail measurements for a comfortable and secure fit. 

Simply fit each nail to each finger, write down your measurements. If a nail is too small it is recommended you size up.  

💎Your sizing kit cost will be credited toward your first full set purchase of $5 off. One time discount code will be included with your package.

‼️Returns / non-returnable items
Press ons cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

‼️Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

‼️Refunds
Refunds are only accepted in a case by case basis, if an item is is defective, damaged, or something is wrong with your order. Please provide an image of the products condition, your receipt and contact us for assistance.

📦Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship sets: Ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom/made-to-order sets: Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. Each custom set is hand-crafted with care, so this extra time ensures quality.

📦Delivery Times (estimated)

- Canada: 3–9 business days

- USA: 7–14 business days

📦Shipping Locations
- I currently ship within Canada & United States.
At this time, I do not offer shipping outside of these regions.

📦Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on Canadian statutory holidays. Please factor this into your expected delivery time.

📦Tracking
Tracking is available on most shipments. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

📦Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs, or import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delivery delays due to customs.

📦U.S. Shipping Info (Please Read!)
If you're ordering from the United States:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import rules (August 2025), all international orders from Canada, even small ones, now require customs duties to be prepaid.

Don’t worry, I’ve already taken care of this for you. Your press-ons will ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which means:
- No surprise customs charges
- No delays or pickup fees
- All duties + paperwork are handled before your order even leaves my studio

📦Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, I cannot control delivery speed. If your order seems delayed, please reach out so I can assist where possible, but I cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages without carrier confirmation.
