Thank you for supporting Nail & Nymph Studio. Each press-on nail set is handcrafted with care. Please review the following policies before placing an order.
Order Processing
Most Nail & Nymph Studio's press-on nails are made to order.
Production time is required before your order is shipped or ready for pickup. Current turnaround times are listed on product pages when applicable.
Orders will only begin production once payment has been received in full.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size when placing their order.
A detailed Sizing Guide is available on the website to help measure your nails before purchasing.
Because Nail & Nymph Studio's press-on nails are made in standard sizes and many sets are made to order, refunds or replacements cannot be issued for incorrect sizing.
If a nail is slightly too large, it can usually be gently filed along the sides for a better fit.
If you are unsure of your size before ordering, please contact us for guidance.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
All sets are handmade and considered personal use items, which means they cannot be returned once shipped.
If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please ensure you select the correct size and review all product details before placing your order. Nail & Nymph Studio cannot guarantee fit if incorrect sizing is selected.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem
If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Most Nail & Nymph Studio's nail sets are made to order, meaning once production starts cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping
Nail & Nymph Studio currently ships to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
All orders are shipped with tracking whenever available.
Once an order has been shipped, Nail & Nymph Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Customs & Import Fees (USA Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may occasionally be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations.
Any fees charged by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Nail & Nymph Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Nail & Nymph is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Nail Care Disclaimer
Proper nail preparation and application play a major role in how long press-on nails last.
Because nail chemistry, lifestyle, and application methods vary from person to person, Nail & Nymph Studio cannot guarantee specific wear times.
